What are tire bags?
Tire bags are also called tire bags, tire pouches or tire casings. We use all terms synonymously. We manufacture our tire bags from LDPE film - Low Density Polyethylene. The material offers optimal protection thanks to its tear resistance and weather resistance. You can reuse LDPE tire bags several times. Therefore, and because they can be easily recycled, LDPE tire bags are very environmentally friendly.
HDPE/ MDPE tire bags
Tire bags made of HDPE or MDPE (a mixture of LDPE and HDPE) are becoming more and more popular. The high tear strength of low-pressure PE allows a lower material usage and thus an optimal price-performance ratio. We will be happy to advise you on which material is best suited for your purposes.
Tire bags RUWOLEN
We offer tire bags made of a specially manufactured LDPE multilayer film/coex film. The RUWOLEN film achieves higher strength with the same film thickness compared to a conventional film. This results in a material saving of up to 40%, which results in a lower price of your tire bags.
